Unexplored game modes

I just recently started playing BO again, and decided I'd try something different. I thought I would check out the Barebones modes, Pure in particular, and I have to say that I am really enjoying it. I don't know if it's the lack of n00b t00bers or knowing you don't have to worry about the other team chaining dogs that makes it so enjoyable, but it is. I've found myself paying more attention to what's around me and using ADS more when transitioning from cover to other parts of the maps.

If you haven't already tried these modes, I hightly recommend them.

I'm also growing fond of Barebones.. For the same reasons as you Dark....

Some other unexplored stuff that I just found recently by way of Eyesik and Alexx.. is the modded private lobbys.. These are a TON of fun when you have 6 or more guys who are interested in nothing more than screwing off and have a bunch of fun.. Check them out!! Theres some crasy one.. One is a care package one where you get a care package for each kill... We built forts outta the crates...

How do you get the private match lists, or do you have to create the private match and invite others?

Under game share, look under the public game share, then look at game modes, then choose one.

but sombody always yells, no knifes, or shotguns...grrrrr

i hate most of all sniper only game matches...

but other than that..shoot me an invite...if i ever get back online...

Sounds cool. I'll have to check that out.

Check out the Enhanced sharp shooter games.. IT enchances the perk by like X3 once you get 2 kill in a row you move like you have a damn jet pack on your back.. It's a great deal of fun..

The trouble is getting people to play usually though.

I'll definitely be looking for these game modes next time I'm on BO.

So I took a look at the custom game modes. I think I was slightly confused, thinking that you could join these games. I'd like to see try to get a few people on-line to try out a couple.

Interesting note. WTF is up with all the BS Level 15 game modes? I took a look at one of them, and all it looks like it does is add the gold camo to the weapons!

Some of the other ones, like Sharpshooter I believe, were setup really well. 1000 points for a kill, -1000 for deaths and suicides. Sweet!

i have been doin some WAW, i like the "War" game mode...

a mix of TDM,CTFand DOM

there are 5 flags, both teams start out tring to cap the center flag, whichever team caps it, gets to go after the other teams flag, and the other team must try to recap it, it goes back and forth...kinda fun...

I haven't played WaW in FOREVER! Maybe I'll pop that in and play a little this week. Perhaps I'll see ya on-line and we can play a match or two.

How can you modify them yourself all those custom games?

I want to create a one in the chamber with snipers or ray guns or somehting crazy like that...
Are they easy to make?

I really miss war. My favorite game mode.

Yeah, I think their pretty easy to make, but time consuming to setup.

I think you create them in Private Match, and then you can save it to your Theater area.

You save them to your file share. From there it's public. it does suck that you need people to try them out tho. I'd like to use them in combat training.
